Recipe Roundup

Each week I plan on curating some recipes which I see while surfing the web. Some because they look great. Some because they look like they will be the perfect starting point for me to change into something I think I will love. And some, well, they will just sneak their way in just because.

I hope you enjoy this selection.

Paleo Pho. From Paleo Cupboard

Believe it or not, I have never tried this Vietnamese soup before as I am not a major fan of mega spicy food, but I like the look of this one. I might have a go with Chicken Stock first as I have some carcasses in the freezer. Match that with some SousVide steak on top, and well, this has got to be a dish made in heaven.

Plaice Florentine with Hollandaise. From Cucina Cerri

I only found Cerri’s blog this week, but there are tons of amazing recipes on there. This looks like a lovely dish as the weather is getting a little milder and the lighter nights are coming. Definitely one to try in the Geeky Kitchen.

Paleo Mini Meatloaves. From Paleo Spirit

Minced meat features heavily in most Paleo diets, so I am always on the look out for ways to make it taste great. With work and travel, I also tend to eat a lot of food cold, so these should fit nicely into my lunch box, with my double helping of green vegetables and make a tasty lunch or afternoon snack!

I hope you enjoy the post, and thank you to the originators of these recipes and for the use of their photos.

  1. Thanks so much for featuring my Pho recipe on your weekly roundup. I love your ideas for changing things around and using what you have on hand.
    P.S. Love the glasses!
